What the boat is for — family cruising, charter income, a long-term liveaboard plan — and what you actually want to spend once running costs are honest.

Shortlist
We go through the market and our owner network, and come back with the few boats worth your flight, including the ones that are not publicly listed.

Inspection
Viewings, sea trial and an independent survey. We tell you what is a negotiating point and what is a reason to walk away.

Close
Negotiation, contract, registration and flag paperwork — coordinated with the specialists who do this for a living.

Afterwards
Berthing, management, winterisation and, if you want the boat to earn, a place in a charter programme run to the same standard as our own fleet.
